Sports Performance

Rampage Strength and Conditioning offers sports performance classes for youth and teen through college and professional athletes.  These programs incorporate speed, agility, and strength training to improve performance on the field.  For our current/upcoming schedule, click here.

Teen Fitness & Strength

Rampage offers Fitness & Strength classes for Teens (ages 14-18).  These programs focus on strength training as well as overall fitness, and are appropriate for both athletes and "regular kids" alike.  For our current/upcoming schedule, click here.

Youth Fitness & Strength

Rampage offers Fitness & Strength classes for Youth ages 10-13.  These programs focus on beginner strength training as well as overall fitness, and are appropriate for both athletes and "regular kids" alike.  For our current/upcoming schedule, click here.

Team Training

Training as a team is an excellent way for athletes to develop the strength, speed, and agility skills tailored to their sport to prepare them to excel on the field.  Training with teammates also boosts comradery and morale, which help the athletes function as a cohesive unit on gameday.  Coach Ben has had the privilege of working with many local teams such as Fayetteville-Manlius Field Hockey, Jamesville-DeWitt Girls' Lacrosse, Fayetteville-Manlius Football, Fayetteville-Manlius Girls' Volleyball, Fayetteville-Manlius Girls' Lacrosse, Fayetteville-Manlius Crew, as well as with members of the Jamesville-Dewitt Track team, Fayetteville-Manlius Lacrosse teams, Cazenovia Football and Lacrosse teams, and more!  In-Season maintenance programs are also available for athletes to maintain performance levels without sacrificing energy needed for game day.

Adults

Rampage's Adult Fitness & Strength classes offer a group training environment in which each participant receives individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome!  For our current/upcoming schedule, click here.

Personal Training

 Personal Training is available as single sessions or in a package. Whether focusing on functional movement, athletic development, weight loss, or general health, Coach Ben will tailor your programs to help you achieve your goals.   Click below for more information.
