Training as a team is an excellent way for athletes to develop the strength, speed, and agility skills tailored to their sport to prepare them to excel on the field. Training with teammates also boosts comradery and morale, which help the athletes function as a cohesive unit on gameday. Coach Ben has had the privilege of working with many local teams such as Fayetteville-Manlius Field Hockey, Jamesville-DeWitt Girls' Lacrosse, Fayetteville-Manlius Football, Fayetteville-Manlius Girls' Volleyball, Fayetteville-Manlius Girls' Lacrosse, Fayetteville-Manlius Crew, as well as with members of the Jamesville-Dewitt Track team, Fayetteville-Manlius Lacrosse teams, Cazenovia Football and Lacrosse teams, and more!
