NOVEMBER 2023 SESSION

November 2023 Session: November 6th - December 2nd

Our November Session of Sports Performance and Youth/Teen/Adult Fitness & Strength classes will begin on Monday, November 6th, and will be 4 weeks in duration, concluding on December 2nd.


**THERE ARE NO CLASSES ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 22nd OR THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 23rd**


 

We offer a family discount of $5/class ($35 for Mon-Thurs classes, $20 for Saturday classes) for the 2nd+ family member enrolled in the full session!  (Note:  family members in the same household are eligible for the discount, such as siblings or parent/child.)

  • Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:45-5:00 PM ($175)


  • Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 10-13):  Mon/Wed 5:00-6:00 PM ($140)


  • Women on Weights (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 6:00-7:00 PM ($140 for full session OR $25/class for drop-ins)


  • Teen A (Fitness & Strength, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM ($175)


  • Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 8:15-9:30 PM ($175)


  • Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 3:45-5:00 PM ($175)


  • Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 10-13):  Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM ($140)


  • Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:00 PM ($140 for full session OR $25/class for drop-ins)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:45-5:00 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 10-13):  Mon/Wed 5:00-6:00 PM

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training.  Our Youth Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Women on Weights (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 6:00-7:00 PM and/or Sat 9:00-10:00 AM

  • This women-only class offers a group training environment in which each participant will receive individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome!


Teen A (Fitness & Strength, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM 

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  Our Teen Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!
