
Rampage offers Small Group Training for adults ages 18 and up. (Check out our Youth, Teen, and Sports Performance options for kids ages 8-18!)
Adult Fitness & Strength classes offer a group training environment in which each participant receives individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness. All fitness levels are welcome! Classes meet 2x/week.
Our April Session runs April 6th-30th and meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45-7:00 PM.
The cost for Adult classes for the April Session is $200 for the full session or $35/class for drop-ins.
