Our Summer 2022 session of Sports Performance and Teen Fitness & Strength classes will begin on Monday, July 11th and will be 6 weeks in duration, concluding the week of August 15th-19th. Because we understand many families have additional commitments during the summer months, we are offering various prorated packages based on the number of classes attended.

Elite A (ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM
Elite B (ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 8:15-9:30 PM
Elite D (ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 3:15-4:30 PM
Teen A (ages 12-14): Tues/Thurs 4:30-5:45 PM
Teen B (ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 5:45-7:00 PM
Elite C (ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 7:00-8:15 PM
Collegiate Elite Group Training: Tues/Thurs 8:15-9:30 PM
Elite & Collegiate Conditioning: Fridays 5:45-7:00 PM
