Our Summer 2022 session of Sports Performance and Teen Fitness & Strength classes will begin on Monday, July 11th and will be 6 weeks in duration, concluding the week of August 15th-19th.   Because we understand many families have additional commitments during the summer months, we are offering various prorated packages based on the number of classes attended.

  • Elite A (ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM


  • Elite B (ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 8:15-9:30 PM


  • Elite D (ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 3:15-4:30 PM


  • Teen A (ages 12-14):  Tues/Thurs 4:30-5:45 PM


  • Teen B (ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 5:45-7:00 PM


  • Elite C (ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 7:00-8:15 PM


  • Collegiate Elite:  Tues/Thurs 8:15-9:30 PM

Elite A (ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Elite B (ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 8:15-9:30 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Elite D (ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 3:15-4:30 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Teen A (ages 12-14):  Tues/Thurs 4:30-5:45 PM

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training for early adolescents.  Our Teen Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  Our Teen Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike! 


Elite C (ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 7:00-8:15 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Collegiate Elite Group Training:  Tues/Thurs 8:15-9:30 PM

  • This class is for collegiate athletes.  If you are new to Rampage, please contact us prior to registering.


Elite & Collegiate Conditioning:  Fridays 5:45-7:00 PM

  • This outdoor conditioning day is an optional add-on to our Elite and Collegiate classes.  These sessions will be held at an outdoor location in Manlius.
