SUMMER 2025 SESSION

SUMMER 2025 Session: JULY 7th - AUGUST 15TH

 Our Summer Session of Sports Performance, Fitness & Strength, and Speed/Agilitiy/Conditioning classes will begin on Monday, July 7th and will be 6 weeks in duration, concluding on August 15th.


Because we know many families have additional commitments during the summer months, we are offering various class packages to accommodate those who are unable to attend the full session.  Click below to view the available packages and prices:

  • Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 4:30-5:45 PM


  • Youth A *ADVANCED* (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Mon/Wed 5:45-7:00 PM 


  • Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM


  • Sunrise Elite (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 10:00-11:15 AM


  • Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-11):  Tues/Thurs 3:15-4:30 PM


  • Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 4:30-5:45 PM


  • Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18):  Tues/Thurs 5:45-7:00 PM


  • Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 7:00-8:15 PM


  • Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (ages 12+):  Fridays 5:00-6:00 PM

Class Descriptions

 Youth (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):

  • Youth Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training.  These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18):

  • Teen Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


  Elite (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): 

  • Our Elite Sports Performance classes are designed for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.

 Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (ages 12-16 and 16+):

  • This class will focus on developing acceleration speed mechanics, footwork, multi-directional technique, conditioning, and increasing power through the combination of flexibility, strength, plyometric, and explosive exercises.
  • THIS CLASS CANNOT BE USED AS A MAKE-UP FOR MON-THURS CLASS ABSENCES.
