A Plant Based Approach

Coach Ben believes that a plant based diet is the best way to achieve both optimal health and human performance.  Since embarking on his personal plant-based journey in 2012, Ben has lost almost 90 pounds. His personal transformation was featured on the Forks Over Knives website, he was interviewed by Jason Cohen of the Big Change Film Podcast, and he competed as a nationally ranked powerlifter on a plant-based diet.  Coach Ben is also a public speaker on the topic of Health, Fitness, and a Plant Based Approach and has presented at such venues as the Vegan Living Program and Syracuse VegFest.

Not ready or no desire to give up animal products altogether?  Just eat less meat!   Simply reducing your consumption of meat, eggs, and dairy will benefit your health, the environment, and of course the animals.
