FALL 2 2024 SESSION

Fall 2 2024 Session: October 21st - November 30th

Our Fall 2 Session of Sports Performance, Fitness & Strength, and Speed & Agility classes for Youth, Teens, and Adults will begin on Monday, October 21st and will conclude on Saturday, November 30th.


**THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES ON THE FOLLOWING DATES**

  • THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31ST
  • SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND
  • MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH
  • WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH
  • THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH

  • Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:30-4:45 PM ($250)


  • Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 4:45-6:00 PM ($250)


  • Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 6:00-7:15 PM ($250)


  • Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 3:45-5:00 PM ($250)


  • Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM ($200)


  • Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18):  Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:15 PM ($250)


  • Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 7:15-8:30 PM ($250)


  • *SATURDAY MORNING* Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Saturdays 8:30-9:45 AM (various packages available)


  • *SATURDAY MORNING* Speed, Agility, & Conditioning (ages 14-18):  Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM (various packages available)


We offer a family discount of **$50 off the above prices** for the 2nd+ family member enrolled in a 2x/week class for the full session!  (Note:  family members in the same household are eligible for the discount, such as siblings or parent/child.)

Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:30-4:45 PM 

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 4:45-6:00 PM 

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 6:00-7:15 PM, Saturdays 8:30-9:45 AM

  • This class is open to all adults ages 18+ and offers a group training environment in which each participant will receive individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome!  You may enroll in the Mon/Wed option, the Saturday option, or both!


 Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 3:45-5:00 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.

Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training.  Our Youth Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!



Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:15 PM 

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  Our Teen Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike! 



Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 7:15-8:30 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (ages 14-18):  Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM

  • This class will focus on developing acceleration speed mechanics, footwork, multi-directional technique, conditioning, and increasing power through the combination of flexibility, strength, plyometric, and explosive exercises.  This is a standalone program; students may enroll in this class only OR in addition to a M/W or T/Th Elite or Teen class.  This class cannot be used as a makeup day for Mon-Thurs classes.
