Our Fall 2 Session of Sports Performance and Youth/Teen/Adult Fitness & Strength classes will begin on Tuesday, October 10th, and will be 4 weeks in duration, concluding on November 2nd.
**THERE ARE NO CLASSES ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 9TH OR TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31ST**
We offer a family discount of $35 for the session ($5/class) for the 2nd+ family member enrolled in the full session! (Note: family members in the same household are eligible for the discount, such as siblings or parent/child.)

Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 3:45-5:00 PM
Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 10-13): Mon/Wed 5:00-6:00 PM
Women on Weights (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+): Mon/Wed 6:00-7:00 PM
Teen A (Fitness & Strength, ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 7:00-8:00 PM
Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 8:00-9:15 PM
Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 3:45-5:00 PM
Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 10-13): Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM
