Our Fall 2 Session of Sports Performance, Fitness & Strength, and Speed & Agility classes for Youth, Teens, and Adults will begin on Monday, October 21st and will conclude on Saturday, November 30th.
**THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES ON THE FOLLOWING DATES**
We offer a family discount of **$50 off the above prices** for the 2nd+ family member enrolled in a 2x/week class for the full session! (Note: family members in the same household are eligible for the discount, such as siblings or parent/child.)

Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 3:30-4:45 PM
Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 4:45-6:00 PM
Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+): Mon/Wed 6:00-7:15 PM, Saturdays 8:30-9:45 AM
Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 3:45-5:00 PM
Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13): Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM
Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:15 PM
Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 7:15-8:30 PM
Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (ages 14-18): Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM
