Our December 2022 mini-session of Sports Performance and Youth/Teen Fitness & Strength classes will begin on Monday, December 5th, and will be 3 weeks in duration, concluding on December 22nd.

  • Elite A (ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 4:00-5:15 PM ($120)
  • Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 10-13):  Mon/Wed 5:15-6:30 PM ($120)
  • Teen A (Fitness & Strength, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 6:30-7:45 PM ($120)
  • Elite B (ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:45-9:00 PM ($120)
  • Elite C (ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 4:00-5:15 PM ($120)

Elite A (ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 4:00- 5:15 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 10-13):  Mon/Wed 5:15-6:30 PM

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training.  Our Youth Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Teen A (Fitness & Strength, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 6:30-7:45 PM 

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  Our Teen Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike! 


Elite B (ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:45-9:00 PM
