DECEMBER 2025 SESSION

DECEMBER 2025 Session: DECEMBER 1ST-19TH

Our December Session of Sports Performance, Fitness & Strength, and Speed, Agility, and Conditioning classes will begin on Monday, December 1st and will be 3 weeks in duration, concluding on Friday, December 19th.


 **We offer a sibling/family member discount!  If two or more family members in the same household are enrolled in the FULL SESSION OF A 2X/WEEK CLASS, the 2nd+ family member receives a 10% discount on the cost of this session!**

  • Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:30-4:45 PM ($150)


  • Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Mon/Wed 4:45-5:45 PM ($120)


  • Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 5:45-6:45 PM ($120 for full session OR $25/class drop-in rate)


  • Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 6:45-8:00 PM ($150)


  • PRIVATE GROUP:  FM Lacrosse Training Group A (Sports Performance, ages 12-18):  Mon/Wed 8:00-9:15 PM ($150)


  • Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Wed 3:30-4:45 PM ($150)


  • Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Tues/Thurs 4:45-5:45 PM ($120)


  • Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 12-16):  Tues/Thurs 5:45-6:45 PM ($120)


  • Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 6:45-8:00 PM ($150)


  • Elite E (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 8:00-9:15 PM ($150)


  • PRIVATE GROUP:  FM Lacrosse Training Group B (Sports Performance, ages 12-18):  Tues/Thurs 8:00-9:15 PM ($150)


  • Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (ages 12-18):  Fridays 3:30-4:30 PM ($75)

Class Descriptions

 Youth (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):

  • Youth Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training.  These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 12-16):

  • Teen Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+): 

  • Our Adult Fitness & Strength class is open to all adults ages 18+ and offers a group training environment in which each participant will receive individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome!

 Elite (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): 

  • Our Elite Sports Performance classes are designed for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.

 

Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (ages 12-18):

  • This class will focus on developing acceleration speed mechanics, footwork, multi-directional technique, conditioning, and increasing power through the combination of flexibility, strength, plyometric, and explosive exercises.
