Our Spring 1 Session of Sports Performance and Youth/Teen/Adult Fitness & Strength classes will begin on Monday, February 26th, and will be 5 weeks in duration, concluding on March 28th. **We are also offering a 2-week option for athletes who will be starting their high school sports seasons on March 11th**
We offer a family discount of $50 off the listed prices for the 2nd+ family member enrolled in the full session! (Note: family members in the same household are eligible for the discount, such as siblings or parent/child.)

Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 3:45-5:00 PM
Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 10-13): Mon/Wed 5:00-6:00 PM
Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+): Mon/Wed 6:00-7:00 PM
Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM
Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 3:45-5:00 PM
Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13): Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM
