SPRING 1 2025 SESSION

Spring 1 2025 Session: March 17th - April 10th

Our Spring 1 Session of Sports Performance and Fitness & Strength will begin on Monday, March 17th and will be 4 weeks in duration, concluding on Thursday, April 10th.

  • Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:30-4:45 PM ($200)


  • Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Mon/Wed 4:45-5:45 PM ($160)


  • Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 5:45-7:00 PM ($200 for full session OR $30/class drop-in rate)


  • Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM ($200)


  • Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 3:30-4:45 PM ($200)


  • Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-10):  Tues/Thurs 4:45-5:45 PM ($160)


  • Youth C (Fitness & Strength, ages 11-13):  Tues/Thurs 5:45-6:45 PM ($160)


  • Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18):  Tues/Thurs 6:45-8:00 PM ($200)


  • Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 8:00-9:15 PM ($200)

Class Descriptions

 Youth (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):

  • Youth Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training.  Now offering options for ages 8-10 and 11-13 on Tues/Thurs as well!  These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike.


Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18):

  • Teen Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+): 

  • Our Adult Fitness & Strength class is open to all adults ages 18+ and offers a group training environment in which each participant will receive individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome!

 Elite (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): 

  • Our Elite Sports Performance classes are designed for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.
