Youth (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):
- Youth Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training. Now offering options for ages 8-10 and 11-13 on Tues/Thurs as well! These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike.
Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18):
- Teen Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens. These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!
Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):
- Our Adult Fitness & Strength class is open to all adults ages 18+ and offers a group training environment in which each participant will receive individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness. All fitness levels are welcome!
