June 2026 SESSION

june 2026 Session: May 27th - June 30th

Our June Session of Sports Performance and Fitness & Strength classes will begin on Wednesday, May 27th and will be 5 weeks in duration, concluding on Tuesday, June 30th.


We now offer a family discount!  If two or more family members in the same household are enrolled in the FULL SESSION, the 2nd+ family member receives a 10% discount on the cost of this session!

  • Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:30-4:45 PM ($250)


  • Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Mon/Wed 4:45-5:45 PM ($200)


  • Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 5:45-7:00 PM ($250 for full session OR $35/class drop-in rate)


  • Elite B (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 7:00-8:15 PM ($250)


  • Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Tues/Thurs 4:45-5:45 PM ($200)


  • Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18):  Tues/Thurs 5:45-7:00 PM ($250)


  • Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 7:00-8:15 PM ($250)


  • Collegiate Elite (Sports Performance, ages 18+):  Tues/Thurs 8:15-9:30 PM ($250)

Youth (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):

  • Youth Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training.  These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-16):

  • Teen Fitness & Strength classes focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  These classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+): 

  • Our Adult Fitness & Strength class is open to all adults ages 18+ and offers a group training environment in which each participant will receive individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome!

  • Our Elite Sports Performance classes are designed for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Collegiate Elite (Sports Performance, ages 18+):

  • This Elite Sports Performance class is designed for Elite Collegiate athletes ages 18+.  We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If you have never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.
