JUNE SESSION 2024

June 2024 Session: June 3rd - July 2nd

Our June 2024 session of Sports Performance and Youth/Teen/Adult Fitness & Strength classes will begin on Monday, June 3rd, and will be 4.5 weeks in duration, concluding on Tuesday, July 2nd.

  • Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 4:00-5:15 PM ($225)


  • Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 5:45-7:00 PM ($225 for full session OR $30/class drop-in rate)


  • Youth (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-12):  Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM ($180)


  • Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18): Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:15 PM ($225)


  • Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 7:15-8:30 PM ($225)


  • Speed, Agility, & Conditioning (ages 14-18, optional add-on to Elite/Teen classes):  Fridays 4:00-5:15 PM (+ $100)

Class Descriptions

Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:45-5:00 PM

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.

 

Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 5:45-7:00 PM

  • This class is open to all adults ages 18+ and offers a group training environment in which each participant will receive individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome!


 Youth (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-12):  Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training.  Our Youth Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training for teens.  Our Teen Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!

  • This class is an optional add-on to our Elite and Teen classes for students who would like a third training day focused on speed, agility, and conditioning.
