Our Fall 1 Session of Sports Performance and Fitness & Strength classes for Youth, Teens, and Adults will begin on Monday, September 9th and will be 6 weeks in duration, concluding on October 17th.
We offer a family discount of **$60 off the above prices** for the 2nd+ family member enrolled in a 2x/week class for the full session! (Note: family members in the same household are eligible for the discount, such as siblings or parent/child.)

Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Mon/Wed 3:45-5:00 PM
Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13): Mon/Wed 5:00-6:00 PM
Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+): Mon/Wed 6:00-7:00 PM
In-Season Maintenance (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Wednesdays 7:00-8:30 PM
Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 3:45-5:00 PM
Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13): Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM
Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:15 PM
Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18): Tues/Thurs 7:15-8:30 PM
