FALL 1 2024 SESSION

Fall 1 2024 Session: September 9th - October 17th

Our Fall 1 Session of Sports Performance and Fitness & Strength classes for Youth, Teens, and Adults will begin on Monday, September 9th and will be 6 weeks in duration, concluding on October 17th.

  • Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:45-5:00 PM ($300)


  • Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Mon/Wed 5:00-6:00 PM ($240)


  • Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 6:00-7:00 PM ($300 for full session OR $30 drop-in rate)


  • Elite C (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 3:45-5:00 PM ($300)


  • Youth B (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:00 PM ($240)


  • Teen (Fitness & Strength, ages 13-18):  Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:15 PM ($300)


  • Elite D (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Tues/Thurs 7:15-8:30 PM ($300)


  • In-Season Maintenance (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Wed 7:00-8:30 PM ($180)


We offer a family discount of **$60 off the above prices** for the 2nd+ family member enrolled in a 2x/week class for the full session!  (Note:  family members in the same household are eligible for the discount, such as siblings or parent/child.)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Elite A (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Mon/Wed 3:45-5:00 PM 

  • This class is for Elite Adolescent athletes ages 14-18. We focus on acceleration, plyometrics, speed and agility, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. If your child has never taken an Elite class with us before, please contact Coach Ben to determine the best fit.


Youth A (Fitness & Strength, ages 8-13):  Mon/Wed 5:00-6:00 PM

  • This class will focus on overall fitness and strength training.  Our Youth Fitness & Strength classes are great for both athletes and "regular kids" alike!


Adult Open (Fitness & Strength, ages 18+):  Mon/Wed 6:00-7:00 PM 

  • This class is open to all adults ages 18+ and offers a group training environment in which each participant will receive individualized programming for strength training and overall fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome!


In-Season Maintenance (Sports Performance, ages 14-18):  Wednesdays 7:00-8:30 PM

  • This class is designed for in-season athletes to maintain strength and performance levels throughout their Fall Sport seasons. This once-a-week program will focus on maintaining acceleration speed mechanics, multi-directional technique, conditioning, and maintaining power through the combination of flexibility, strength, and explosive exercises. This program is specifically designed for in-season athletes.
